Enabling Check Commerce

Download the Check Commerce checklist here. This checklist helps you go through the following Check Commerce setup process more easily.

If you want to use Check Commerce for ACH payments:

1. Contact your Customer Success Manager for the Check Commerce Merchant Enrollment form.
2. Fill out the form and return it to your Customer Success Manager via email.
3. Your Customer Success Manager sends your form to Check Commerce, and then makes an introduction to the Check Commerce representative.
4. The representative completes the rest of the setup and enrollment process with you.
   • This process can take at least two weeks.
5. Receive your Merchant Login (a 6-digit company number and password) from Check Commerce.
6. Provide this information to your Customer Success Manager.
7. Your Customer Success Manager sets up ACH payments in your Sertifi account, and works with your team to run test transactions to ensure everything processes correctly.
